Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Ordering
Do you offer quantity or bulk discounts?
We currently offer a bulk discount of 20% off the entire order when you order 25 products or more.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We’re happy to ship orders worldwide, including Canada and beyond. Please note that international orders are subject to higher shipping rates compared to domestic shipping. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What are your standard shipping methods and rates?
All orders of two or more products ship free (exclusions may apply). Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, which typically takes 2–8 business days for delivery within the U.S.
We’re also working on expanding our options—expedited shipping methods will be available soon, so you’ll have more flexibility to choose the delivery speed that works best for you.
How can I track my order?
When you place your order online, you’ll automatically receive an email from Shopify confirming your purchase. We process and ship all retail orders within 3 business days from our warehouse in Elyria, Ohio.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Need to change your shipping address?
Please email contact@stoicsimple.com ASAP! Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct shipping address (name, street, unit/apt, city, state/province, postal code, country).
We can update your address if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Orders typically ship within 3 business days from Elyria, Ohio. Once a label is created or a package has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from our team once your address has been updated (or guidance on next steps if it’s already shipped).

What is your return policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! Each order is carefully packaged and shipped with care.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Please email photo evidence to contact@stoicsimple.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your order number and a short description of the damage so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
As for your damaged copy, it is yours to do with as you please. If the damage is purely cosmetic, please consider donating it to your local groups, schools, library, etc based on their donation policies.
All Other Purchases
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for items that are not damaged. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
